The Western Realms
Welcome to the Western Realms Homepage. Within these pages you will find details of some of the people who live in these lands, their adventures, the places they vist and the Powers that are guiding them. So read on and enjoy the tale of the heroes as they search the Western Realms for a cure to the plague that threatens to ravage their homelands.

A tale of adventure needs brave heroes. Several have come and gone since the story began. here you can find descriptions of those that have taken part, including those whose part has ended.

The Others
Innkeepers, shopkeepers, soldiers, sailers, rich men, poor men, humans, elves, dwarves and halflings. Adventurers meet all sorts in their travels, some try to help, others just get in the way.
Here are just a few of them.
Places
The world is not a blank canvas. So far the heroes have travelled from the town of Avondale, via the forest of Deepdale to the port of Avonmouth. Then a sea voyage took them to Dragontooth Island before they turned up in the capital, Safeharbour. Of course they have stayed in inns, delved into deep, dark caves and sailed upon mighty galleons. Maps and plans of these can be found in this section.

Religion
There are many forces at work in the Western Realms, the Gods are probably the strongest. Some take a back seat and allow mortals to make their own mistakes, others cannot but help to stick in thier oar. Brief descriptions of the various faiths can be found in this section.

The Story So Far
The heroes have been together now for what seems like years but it has in fact been barely a handful of days. So much has happened in that time that a whole novel could be written of their trials and tribulations. As a bard Zan has keep a set of brief notes so that he can tell the tale for coin one day, if he survives that is.
